Allows you to limit certain events to certain campuses. Possibility to select several campuses.
Two error messages can be displayed:

The user has not connected his 42 account to 42CTF. In this case he is invited to do so and a button is present on the error page.
The user is not in an authorized campus.

If the user meets all the requirements, access to the page is fully transparent.
